Description of problem:

Install ceph on node having OS CentOS 7.x


Actual results:
===============
API setup and setup/agent are not giving any error or warning


Expected results:
=================
In case of unsupported OS either it should error out or should proceed with warning

We have to allow CentOS somehow since upstream's CI system runs on CentOS. (for example, see https://github.com/ceph/ceph-installer/pull/184)

Options would be to carry an eternal patch downstream, or some other method

We don't want upstream and downstream to diverge here. If this is a management priority to spend more engineering time on a solution, please re-open
