Description of problem:

viking cannot access Mapquest tiles.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.6.2


How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. viking

Actual results:

A map with many tiles saying "As of July 11, 2016 direct tile access has been discontinued."


Expected results:

A map with real tiles.

Additional info:

I am looking at an area in Canada.  I don't know if the experience will be different for different parts of the world.
