global filter saved as regular one

5.6.0.13

How reproducible:
50%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compute -> Infrastructure -> Virtual Machines
2. Add a filter, which has checked to be global
3.

Actual results:
Sometimes it's saved in My Filters instead of Global Filters

Expected results:

When I create it as global I see it in Global Filters and it has prefix Global in its name.
But when I load global filter and then save it with different name with checked global it's saved as regular filter.

Zita,

It looks like when editing/saving an existing global filter, instead of editing selected filter a new non-global filter is being added. let me know if you need help with looking into this.

Verified in 5.8.0.9. Filters checked as global are now saved as global.
