Description of problem:
The info window does not prompt when selecting the buttons (Information/Health/Layers/Show) in virtualization dashboard for the second times.

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install redhat-virtualization-host-4.0-20160713.0.x86_64 iso
2. Login cockpit website hostIP:9090 with root account
3. Enter "Virtualization" panel.
4. Select Dashboard page
5. Click the buttons (Information/Health/Layers/Show) for the first times
6. Close the prompted info window
7. Click the same button for the second times

Actual results:
The info window does not prompt

Expected results:
The info window prompts soon.

Additional info:
The info window prompts soon for the third times click.

cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.10.6-1.3.3.el7ev.noarch

Test steps:
1. Install redhat-virtualization-host-4.0-20160727.1.x86_64 with kickstart file in attachment
2. Login cockpit website hostIP:9090 with root account
3. Enter "Virtualization" panel.
4. Select Dashboard page
5. Click the Health and Current Layer links for the first times
6. Close the prompted info window
7. Click the same links for the second times

Result:
The info window prompts soon.

So the bug cannot be reproduced, change the status to VERIFIED.
