Please update irc-otr to the new 1.0.1 version, this makes the patch obsolete and also fixes the ABI version mismatch between irssi and irc-otr sine this is a rebuild.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle. Changing version to '25'.
