Description of problem:
kernel upgrade to 4.6.3-300 and 4.6.4-301 results in black screen on boot on skylake laptop

1. kernel upgrade to 4.6.3-300 4.6.4-301

Actual results:
black screen on boot
4.5.7-300.fc24.x86_64 still works


Expected results:
regular boot
