I filled a releng ticket [1] about the build issue of the ekiga, which fails in koji for i686 [2], but works for x86_64. As I was pointer out, and I agree with, the issue might not necessary be in rawhide, but in the crashing package, in this case GConf2.

I forgot to mention, this is with GConf2 3.2.6-16.fc24, though it's the same version as the one used a month ago, which built the package just fine.

a new glib2 build landed recently (yesterday), that's one possible common dep.

Fixed with glib2-2.49.4-1.fc25 update.
