Description of problem:
Moving between pages manually or with Right-click and Next/Previous Page is fine, I am unable to switch pages with shortcut CTRL+PageUp/PageDown.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
evince-3.14.2-17.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open PDF file with: # evince $filename
2.Use CTRL+PageUp/PageDown shortcut.
3.

Actual results:
Nothing happens.

Expected results:
Pages are switched per shortcut used.

rebase to >= 3.22.1-5 will bring this fix in
