verified this BZ in 5.6.3.0.20161108115816_66df924 below lines are updated to /etc/default/evm: # Force locale export LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8 export LANG=en_US.UTF-8 export LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8
