Description of problem
======================

In the current design, RHSC 2.0 deploys calamari server on one of several
monitor machines. It would be more practical to deploy the calamari on the
machine which runs RHSC 2.0 itself instead.

Deploying calamari together with console would be easier to setup and
maintain from the admin point of view and would better align with ceph
cluster architecture.
