Actually, Mosaab has wrongly created harfbuzz epel7 branch in EPEL where it was already present in RHEL7. Hence there is no need of this bug. If needed please file in RHEL product.

oops Sorry for above comment. Mosaab created branch for epel6 and there is no harfbuzz package in RHEL6. Its also not possible to use harfbuzz in RHEL6/EPEL6.
