Create Cluster - step 4. Storage Profiles: device path overflows to the size field

Description of problem:
On the Create Cluster - Storage Profiles page (see the attachment) - the device path overflows to the size field (even on quite wide browser window).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
  calamari-server-1.4.7-1.el7cp.x86_64
  ceph-base-10.2.2-24.el7cp.x86_64
  ceph-common-10.2.2-24.el7cp.x86_64
  ceph-mon-10.2.2-24.el7cp.x86_64
  ceph-selinux-10.2.2-24.el7cp.x86_64
  libcephfs1-10.2.2-24.el7cp.x86_64
  python-cephfs-10.2.2-24.el7cp.x86_64
  rhscon-agent-0.0.15-1.el7scon.noarch
  rhscon-core-selinux-0.0.34-1.el7scon.noarch

How reproducible:
  100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Prepare nodes for USM cluster - better if it is with longer hostnames (the first part of the hostname have 18 characters in my case).
2. Launch the "Create Cluster" wizard, and follow the steps to the step 4. Storage Profiles
3. Change the with of the window and check the list of Available Disks.

Actual results:
For some configuration of hostname length, device path length and window width, the device path overflows to the size filed. (see the attachment)

Expected results:
The device path will not overflows to the size field.
