Description of problem: Webadmin: VMs->Disks: Tool-tip is not displayed while hovering over the 'deactivate' or 'activate' buttons for an IDE disk of a running VM (hot[un]plug is not supported for IDE) Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): rhevm-4.0.2-0.1.rc.el7ev.noarch ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-4.0.2-0.1.rc.el7ev.noarch How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a VM and start it 2. Wait for the VM to change its status to 'Up' and attach an IDE disk to it 3. Hover over the 'Activate' button of the IDE disk Actual results: Tool-tip (Disk Activate/Deactivate while VM is running, isn't supported for all interfaces (e.g. IDE)) is not displayed Expected results: Tool-tip should be displayed Additional info: Reproduced using Firefox and Chrome Attached: Firefox console log, screenshot, engine.log and server.log

Create a VM and start it 2. Wait for the VM to change its status to 'Up' and attach an IDE disk to it 3. Hover over the 'Activate' button of the IDE disk Actual results: The Tool tip is displayed with the following message: Disk Activate/Deactivate while VM is running, isn't supported for all interfaces (e.g. IDE)) Moving to VERIFIED!
