Description of problem: Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): I am using Fedora 24, which has apparently problems with wireless interface of my computer. My wireless card is Ralink corp. RT3290 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R PCIe with integrated bluetooth. The wireless interface goes down after every reboot. Shutting down and starting again brings the wireless back to work. Additionally, bluetooth is not working at all. How reproducible: Whenever I reboot my computer, this problem shows up. Bluetooth problem seems to be permanent. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Reboot your computer, 2. Let the booting process go up to login manager. You will realize the wireless network is not up. 3. Login and see that indeed the wireless network is not active. Try to scan the available wireless networks; you will not be able to achieve any list or results. Actual results: After every reboot, the wireless interface goes down. Additionally, the bluetooth is not working whether you make a cold boot or restart your computer. Expected results: I would expect that the wireless would be working after a reboot. Additional info: I can live without bluetooth; however, the wireless problem is sort of urgent. I can't connect to a wireless network after every reboot.
