Description of problem:
See screenshot - unknown cause. Seen while running Lago, master mainly, multiple times.

Basically it is possible for the ETL from the DWH to report > 0 usage of the CPU while report 0 total CPU. This would cause the -1 for available since that is simply total - used.

Fixed on client side too by checking used vs. total for all types of utilization data (CPU, memory, storage).

could not reproduce, so it seems OK
