Description of problem:
In Create VM Snapshot dialog box, the text in red below "Save Memory" check box overflows below the box.  The user cannot read the text because they cannot scroll down.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open web admin
2.Click create vm snapshot
3.See text overflowing

Actual results:
Cannot scroll down

Expected results:
Ability to read text / warning instructions

not risky change, just enrage the dialog, and quite annoying for user so lets try z-stream. Setting 4.0.4 only since the 4.0.5 is not yet available.
