The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

Windows 7 guests install hang with qxl and stdvga video. cirrus video works.

How reproducible:

every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use virt-manager to install win7 guest with default settings
2. the vm hang

Actual results:

vm hang

Expected results:

vm goes on

I am using qemu-kvm-1.5.3-105.el7_2.4
this is an upstream bug, but I don't know when this bug comes to RHEL7.

Regression fix is in the pipeline, next qemu-kvm update should have it.
