Description of problem:
It will be fine to have possibility to stop a running task. As of now there's no such option.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start some task, e.g. cluster creation

Actual results:
Task cannot be stopped at all

Expected results:
Task will be possible to stop, maybe not anytime though

I would almost say that BZ 1299997 (recovery from failure of "Create Cluster"
task) is blocking this BZ, but I would let this for a discussion for now, as
this is a future feature anyway.

Ops, dropping BZ 1299997 from depends on to make it aligned with comment 1.
