Error:

# INCORRECT
=> ManageIQ::Providers::CloudManager::ProvisionWorkflow
# CORRECT
=> ManageIQ::Providers::Vmware::InfraManager::ProvisionWorkflow

Create catalog item for type Vmware does not give any error on Request Info tab.
