Description of problem:

SCSI vHBA configuration [1] has to be done manually for having a guest exposed to a LUN through it. (BZ# 431454).
We need a VDSM hook that does it automatically.

I suggest we close this bug as well, as the rest of NPIV bugs are closed CANTFIX due to lack of interest from storage vendors.
