Description of problem:
VDSM OVS is not able to acquire interfaces with running IP configuration. We must remove such configuration from used iface, attach it to OVS network and optionally restore original IP config on top of the new network.

Verified on - 4.0.4.2-0.1.el7ev and vdsm-4.18.13-1.el7ev.x86_64
