Description of problem: If we remove nfs-utils.rpm, the preun rpm script removes rpcuser and nfsnobody. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Once install nfs-utils, then remove it. 2. 3. Actual results: rpcuser and nfsnobody users and groups are removed.
