My Requests page
Description of problem:
My client is highly reliant upon the Last Message field in the classic Services -> Requests page of the operations UI. We update that field throughout the provisioning/reconfiguration lifecycle in order to inform the user what step of the state machine they are waiting on, what step has failed, information messages, etc.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Provision or reconfigure any service in the self-service UI. You will see that the Last Message field is not present on the My Requests page.
I am aware that the field is present if when you click on the individual request, but it would be helpful to have it on the status page with all of the other requests.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Provision a service
2. Check the self-service UI "My Requests" page
Removed RFE from title, as this appears to be a bug.
Really need this fixed ASAP.

Add 'Last Message' to the requests explorer
Replace the 'ID' field with the 'Last Message' field in the requests
explorer. The id field is not used in any other collection view while
the message field generally provides more 'at a glance' information.
Because the message field is generally larger than the id column was,
shorten the approval status field to show only the icon and not the
This change also modifies the other fields to have the stacked column
look, for consistency.
