Is there some special reason to use the tarball from http://pypi.python.org/pypi/isort ? I believe it would be better to use https://github.com/timothycrosley/isort/archive/4.2.5.tar.gz so that it would have a LICENSE file and test environment, but would likely need a subpackage for the kate plugin.
