Description of problem:
When client attempts to register through the proxy server, it receives an error:

How reproducible:
This has occurred on all 3 of my proxies.  The proxies had also failed to register themselves as proxies with the main spacewalk server during installation, although we didn't see anything during install that caught our attention.  Re-running the configure-proxy.sh script appeared to clear up the issue.  However, it returned after the systems were restarted.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Perform an installation
2.  Restart system

Actual results:
Clients fail to register with the spacewalk environment

Expected results:
Clients should register with the spacewalk environment

Additional info:

Performing 'setenforce 0' clears the issue.
