Web console go to the Other Resources page 2. Drop down the resources list, don't type anything and don't close the drop down list. 3. Expanding the project dropdown has the same effect, although the project dropdown overlays the resource selector. I suspect something is stopping the event propagation so the click event never makes it back to the ui-select.

This has been merged into ocp and is in OCP v3.5.0.7 or newer.
Verified on openshift v3.5.0.7 drop down list will be closed when user open the left navigation sub-menu list.
