You might want to wrap %description to 80 columns.
I didn't test the functionality, but it'll get tested in #1166655 anyway.

One issue: Obsoletes should use a fixed version, e.g. Obsoletes: aries-quiesce < 1.0. Only Provides should use %version. See https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Renaming.2FReplacing_Existing_Packages.
