Occurs on two different systems.
This issue has been resolved in #1365124. New version of dump (dump-0.4-0.29.b45.fc24) is now available in updates-testing repository. You can try sudo dnf --enablerepo=updates-testing update dump to get the newest version of dump. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1365124 ***
