Description of problem:
Capsule is able to sync successfully but the package count for the repositories associated with the content views do not update.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.1.9

How reproducible:
not reproducible

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
rpm count for the repository shows less than the repository on the Satellite

Expected results:
rpm count for the Capsule should be equal to the rpm count for the repositories on the Satellite for the associated lifecycle environment.

I am closing this out as WONTFIX. 6.2 has a significant change about how we publish, and we have added the ability to force the re-sync. If you are still seeing this on 6.2 or later please let me know!
