Description of problem:

opaswitchadmin in this release still requires a specific root prompt to work.

How reproducible:

every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Don't have a root prompt of $#
2. run opaswitchadmin
3.

Actual results:

qa_ack+ set. Reset the needinfo from tdhooge for bugzilla cleared it when I was setting qa_ack+.
