Description of problem:

As DVR goes full support, we would like to refresh our documentation and provide a more comprehensive guidance on planning aspects, known issues, update/upgrade, and deployment/director flow.

Note: we should depreacte https://access.redhat.com/articles/1438413 or at least metion there that the feature is moving into full support with 10.

@Assaf, we need to finish the documentation of this feature. We have a nice overview so far, but we are still missing the information about:

*what architectures are supported or not with RHOSP (greenfield, upgrade, migration from DVR to centralized and vice versa)

*director fresh install

*How to upgrade from centralized to distributed (OSP 9 --> OSP 10 case)

@Brent, John please review [1] one last time (Especially the installation section by Brent and the upgrade section by John) before the GA next week and the delivery of the draft doc.
