Description of problem: Recently, the upstream changes file of DBD::mysql was converted from Latin1 to UTF8 and renamed from ChangeLog to Changes. The spec file of this RPM did accomodate for the renaming but still uses iconv to convert the file to UTF8, which means the file now contains mojibake. How reproducible: Open changes file Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open /usr/share/doc/perl-DBD-MySQL/Changes Actual results: See mojibake which is not present in upstream file Expected results: Just plain utf8 text
