Foreman-debug of the fresh Sat6.2.1 provisioning

Description of problem:
When populating a fresh Satellite 6.2.1 installation. One of the created products does not have a corresponding subscription being created.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Populate a fresh 6.2.1
2. Provision the fresh 6.2.1 with redhat repos, products and content views using the API
See the attached foreman-debug for the API Calls used
The API calls can be retrieved using:
grep Started production.log-20160819

Actual results:
Custom product HOIRHEL does not have a subscription created

Expected results:
All custom products have a subscription created
