bubble text is far from the right away from the dialog

Description of problem:
See screenshot - notice that the '327%' bubble is way to right, far from the dialog box.

What are the steps to reproduce? Does simply moving mouse over the colored bar cause the bubble to be mis-placed?

Right - hover over the VMs in the top utilization dialog for storage.

Btw, there's a screenshot app called Shutter that can grab the mouse cursor, too. Helpful for these ones.
