At VM "Edit" dialog it is possible to turn off USB support.
When USB support is OFF, there is no use to show "Enable USB Auto-Share" option.

ovirt-engine-4.0.2.7-0.1.el7ev.noarch

1. Select a VM
2. Press "Edit"
3. Go to tab: Edit Virtual Machine -> Console
4. Select USB Protocol == Disabled
5. Press OK
6. Shutdown the VM to pick up changes.
7. Start the VM.
8. Go to "Edit Console Options"


Expected results: Entry "Enable USB Auto-Share" should not be shown.

It should be the same: for Admin portal, as well as for Extended/Simplified User portal.

Enable USB Auto-Share is enabled/disabled according to USB Protocol value in both admin and user portal

verified in ovirt-engine-userportal-4.1.1.2-0.1.el7.noarch
