Most (all?) source files are missing license header. Please work with upstream to fix that.

@Alexander This is the upstream reply to the my request [1] to add license headers: "I thought I have made it clear that we are not going to add license headers into source files. So there will be no progress. If you absolutely must have headers, I would suggest post-processing of packaged sources."

is possible, for you, continue with the review?
