Description Greg Blomquist 2016-08-23 17:11:30 UTC
Document URL:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-cloudforms/4.1/paged/managing-providers/chapter-3-cloud-providers

Section Number and Name:

3.2 Azure Providers

Describe the issue:

The Documentation for Azure Providers should include instructions on how to prepare private images in Azure so that they can be collected by CFME Inventory Collection.

Suggestions for improvement:

This knowledgebase article[1] details the steps for correctly preparing images for use by CFME. These steps should be included in the Managing Providers product documentation.

Comment 3 Jeff Teehan 2016-08-26 15:29:36 UTC
We have this public article which works. There are several ways to do this depending on the customer's preferred platform.

We also have this internal doc which worked just find for a customer issue this week.

Maybe we can consolidate these into a single best practice.
