Upstream tracker: https://github.com/antirez/redis/issues/1552
I saw upstream tracker, but it is more than two years old. So I would prefer a to add t least some minimalistic man pages for redis-server and redis-cli, when it should be Red Hat supported product.
FYI linked PR is mostly complete.
redis-shutdown don't have man page, but is not designed to be used by end users, to moved to libexec, see #1375922
