Description of problem:
row with checkboxes Used by... in Resources Storage section is moved to the right


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-userportal-4.0.2.7-0.1.el7ev.noarch

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. log into user portal
2. go to Resources

Actual results: row with 'Used by' checkboxes is moved to the right in Storage section, see attachment


Expected results: row starts from the left border like in other sections

Additional info:
Tested in Firefox 47.0
It is bad also in documentation 
ovirt-engine/docs/manual/en_US/html/Introduction_to_the_User_Portal/sect-Resources.html

little correction in Steps to Reproduce:

2. go to Extended -> Resources

hmmm, storage section, so let storage decide if this should be fixed

@Eldan - what do you think? should the top row be aligned to the left (like 'Virtual CPUs' and 'Memory' boxes); or, with a left margin (like 'Storage' box)?

That's far from being crucial but it would be better to arrange it:
Should be done like the virtual CPU.

The fix for this issue should be included in oVirt 4.1.0 beta 1 released on December 1st. If not included please move back to modified.
