Description of problem:
Since the performance is much greater if compression enabled, it would be reasonable to have it enabled by default. Unfortunatelly, when using debug mode, only raw compressed data are seen, so it would be nice to have compressed disabled when using debug mode.

Targeting to 4.1 to sync release of this change with Python SDK

The fix for this issue should be included in oVirt 4.1.0 beta 1 released on December 1st. If not included please move back to modified.

Verified on ovirt-engine-sdk version 4.1.0.alpha3.
