Byron, I continue changing (adding to) the procedure in the KCS weekly (with more input from the field). Honestly, I think it is sufficient enough that the docs will point to kcs. Save your time. IMO. :-) But your choice.

This was tested by QE and is easier than the current CEE published code. If you have gaps with this suggested flow. Please outline them.
