Description of problem:
R-core-3.3.1-2.el5.i386 from epel has depsolving problems
Also x86_64.
These systems were updated 3 days ago, so the breakage is new.

1. yum update

Thanks.   rpm update is fixed by R-3.3.1-3.el5 from koji.
