Verified on Verified on CFME-5.6.3.2 & RHV-4.0.5.

For a down VM, that has 2 NFS disks attached, open CFME VM details page.
From RHV side, add a 3nd ISCSI disk to the VM.

Refresh the VM details page, gets Devices updated with the additional disk.
