Previously, a bug in processing the output of the 'dd' command caused the Block Storage volume backup to fail when the output contained non-ascii Unicode characters, for example, when the system locale was set to a non-English language. With this release, the bug in the command output has been fixed in 'os-brick' package. As a result, the Block Storage volume backup succeeds even when the system is set to a non-English locale.
