Description:
redhat-virtualization-host-4.0-20160826.0 in brew, it is based on the RHEL 7.3 beta, it needs el7_3 suffix rather than el7_2.

Actual Result:
redhat-virtualization-host-4.0-20160826.0 with el7.2 suffix

Expected Result:
redhat-virtualization-host-4.0 on RHEL 7.3 should be el7_3 suffix.

Incorrect version /etc/os-release, it should show as 7.3 but not 7.2.

Test version:
redhat-virtualization-host-4.0-20161007.0.el7_3.
redhat-release-virtualization-host-4.0-5.0.el7.x86_64
imgbased-0.8.5-0.1.el7ev.noarch


Test result:
After check RHVH info in brew, redhat-virtualization-host on RHEL 7.3 build have el7_3 suffix now.

redhat-virtualization-host-4.0-20161007.0.el7_3.

So the bug is fixed, change bug status to VERIFIED.

See the flag is 4.1+, so we need a clone bug targeted to 4.0 Z-stream. So moving the bug back to MODIFIED.
