Description of problem:

Laptop model: Thinkpad T450s
Kernel version: kernel-4.6.7-300.fc24.x86_64

Before I updated kernel, everything good. 
at that time, kernel version is kernel-4.5.5-300.fc24.x86_64


When I updated kernel to kernel-4.6.7-300.fc24.x86_64, if I only use the laptop monitor , it work good. but when I connected a external monitor (my monitor is dell). the external monitor screen will shaking, sometime, the laptop screen will shaking as well.
