To test:

1) Set up a capsule
2) Create a content view with a puppet module and promote the content view to the capsule's lifecycle environment.
3) Assure that the capsule synced successfully, content is on the capsule, and there are no errors.

During upgrade testing bug 1375734 was noticed.
