gluster cluster options

Edit/Create dialog for a Gluster cluster has many tabs, that are meaningless.

For example:

Migration Policy
Scheduling Policy
Console
...

ovirt-engine-4.0.4-0.1.el7ev.noarch

According to documentation gluster hosts are supposed to manage only GlusterFS resources.
