Description of problem:
When creating Project and Image Stream with invalid name, only prompt error "The name contains invalid characters", it's better to give an info about which format is supported

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openshift3/registry-console:3.3

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to registry console 
2.Click "New project" on overview page
3.Set project Name with invalid character "abc_de"
4.Click "New image stream" on overview page
5.Set image stream Name as "abc_de"

Actual results:
3. Give error info "The name contains invalid characters"
5. Give error info "The name contains invalid characters"

Expected results:
3-5. Except for current error info, should give instructions to tell what format is correct

Peter fixed this in https://github.com/cockpit-project/cockpit/pull/6461, will be part of Cockpit 140.

Per comment #2, a potential fix is in Cockpit 140.  Changing to Modified.

This is fixed in 3.6. Don't know why we need to retarget.
