Need to consume bz#1372038 in RHEV-H 3.6.z and 4.0.z to contain the latest gluster client packages.

Test result:
RHVH  contain the above 7 gluster client packages but lacked "glusterfs-devel", actually the vintage hypervisor has this package, please see bug 1373661 #c5.

For the worth of information, glusterfs-devel package is not required anywhere.
I am not sure, how that is available with vintage RHEV-H

The package was not explicitly requested, thus I don't see a need for it.
